Would you mind introducing yourself? I’m a 26-year-old woman and I work in a Tourist Office in a little village called La Réole situated in the South of France. My main missions are to welcome and inform tourists, to test tourist service providers (restaurants, accommodation, wine chateaux, leisure activities). I’m also in charge of hiking, cycling and equestrian. I take a maximum of photos during my visits and hikes to feed the photo library of my tourist office. I always have my camera with me!
Where are you from, and where do you currently live? I moved a lot during my childhood. I came from the region of Paris, then we arrived in the South West because of my Dad’s work. Now I live near Bordeaux.

How would you describe your style of photography? I am looking for natural and authentic photographs first, by capturing snapshots moments. I focus on landscape.
When did you first fall in love with taking photos? Since my youth, I have always lived in the countryside. I’m always out exploring nature, watching the flora and fauna. One day I wanted to keep its moments other, not just in memory, and share them with my family and my friends.
Do you have a favourite photography related memory, whether it be in front or behind the camera? Some best memories that stand out would be my trip to Scotland. It was amazing to shot lochs, mountains and green lands with autumn lights. One of the best moment was the golden hour above Eilean Donan Castle when we came back from the Isle of Skye.
Who/What inspires you to take these wonderful photographs? Growing up in the countryside has influenced my work. I try to capture the beauty of the landscapes that surround me as faithfully as possible.
What kind of camera do you use? For the past 6 years, I've been using a Nikon D3100 15-200mm for landscapes and last year I bought a 35mm. I also use an Olympus OM10 film.
What is your editing process like? I use Lightroom to edit, making small adjustments to things like contrast, light and symmetry. I try to stay true to the original colours retouching only slightly, as natural as possible.
What are some of your passions/hobbies other than photography? I've been riding horses for 20 years now. I have an adorable horse called Danapolis, but he is often capricious in winter because he does not like the cold! I hike regularly around my home and in the Pyrenees, it allows me to take loads of photographs, in beautiful natural settings. I love reading Scott Fitzgerald’s, polar and adventure novel. I also collect and breed indoor plants: cacti, succulents, monstera ... and I garden a lot. As you can see, nature and living outdoors are essential to me.
Who are some of your favourite photographers? For the past few years, I've been inspired by the travel blog Carnets de Traverse. Here on Instagram, I’m very much inspired by adventure photographers like Alex Strohl, Luc Lagasquie and Johan Lolos.
What would be your number one dream destination for a photography adventure? I would like to go to Iceland someday. The country looks perfect to catch nature and wild space.
Which time of year is your favourite for taking photographs? I love every season, each of them are very different and interesting to shoot. In summer I love being able to stay out late shooting at golden hour. In autumn I like the mist, the fog and the warm colours. In winter I love taking pictures of frozen nature and white mountains and in spring, the rebirth of trees and flowers.
Do you have any upcoming photography trips/sessions planned that you would like to share? I work every week on my blog where you can find articles and photos of my travels, visits and also my last readings, movies and a part on my home interior. Concerning the next trip, I’m so excited to shoot soon in Tuscany!
Anything extra you would like to share? My favourite quote - "Anywhere out of the world" (Charles Baudelaire)
